More Than Just a Service. Our mission is to provide more than just a roll-out service; we provide peace of mind. Whether dealing with a long driveway, a busy family schedule, or simply wanting to keep the neighborhood looking its best, B.I.N.S. is here to help.
General Service
We operate on a schedule designed to beat the city trucks. For most neighborhoods, we perform "Roll-Outs" the evening before your scheduled pickup or very early that morning. "Roll-Backs" occur later the same day, once the city has completed their route.
Not at all! As long as our team has clear access to your bins, we handle everything quietly and efficiently while you go about your day.
We stay synced with the municipal schedule. If the city shifts your pickup day back by 24 hours for a holiday, we shift our valet service right along with them.
We try to accommodate last-minute needs whenever possible. However, standard requests must be received 24 hours before 6:00 AM on your trash day. Requests made within that 24-hour window are classified as "Priority Express" and will incur a slightly higher service rate.
Logistics & Access
If your bins are behind a gate, you can provide us with a gate code or ensure the gate is unlocked on your service day. You can securely add gate instructions to your account profile in our customer portal.
We love dogs, but for the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that dogs be kept inside or in a separate area during your service window. If a dog is loose in the bin area, we may have to skip service for that day to ensure everyone's safety.
To ensure a clean transport and to comply with city regulations, we only move the bins themselves. Any bags must be inside the bin so the lid can close properly.*Note: We do provide “Heavy Valet” service for excess bags -$5/bag, you must “request” the service prior to trash day.
Billing & Changes
If you don't need service for a specific week, just let us know 48 hours in advance through the customer portal. While we don't offer pro-rated refunds for single missed weeks, we appreciate the heads-up so we can optimize our route!
We’d hate to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We require 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
Weather & Safety
What happens during an Oklahoma ice storm? Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable! If conditions become unsafe for our team to be on the roads, we will pause service and send out an immediate text/email alert. We will resume service as soon as the roads are clear.
Note on Bin Cleaning: During freezing conditions, we may suspend washing services to prevent ice formation on your street or driveway.
Specialty Services- Cleaning, Cardboard, Bulk
Please break down and flatten all boxes to ensure they stack neatly. We can take unlimited volume, but we cannot accept boxes containing Styrofoam, packing peanuts, or bubble wrap—those must be removed before stacking. Also, please keep the cardboard as dry as possible; we may not be able to collect sodden or disintegrating material.
Yes. Because we use high-pressure water to clean the interior, the bin must be empty. If the city truck misses your pickup and your bin is still full, we will need to reschedule your cleaning.
Yes. While we can haul furniture, mattresses, and appliances, we strictly prohibit hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, batteries), tires, and construction debris (concrete/drywall). We also cannot take appliances containing Freon (like fridges or AC units) unless you provide certification that they have been drained. *Note: we may be able to pickup NON-DRAINED Freon appliances at extra cost, per case.
